On the heart stroll you will get to feel the perception of your own natural rhythm. Of your own natural pace. You will also get to feel a feeling of relaxation and the pull of the force and also to experience what it is like to be guided by this force. To go with this force. To align yourself with this force and go with the subtle pull within.
During this time of becoming linked to everything all at the exact same time and going with the pull of the ever present force I had numerous remarkable experiences. It was as if my lifestyle was in the flow and I felt an experience of ease and grace with living.
In short, life just worked well.
For instance, at the time I had only been in the ocean surfing for approximately 3-4 months and was nonetheless a newbie. I remember owning a pretty clunky yellow beginner's surfboard. The foam had turned yellow because of how aged the surfboard was. It was thick, wide and just not very maneuverable.
Nevertheless I remember being in the state of oneness and being guided by the force. I say that getting into into this state as being in 'the zone'.
Whilst in the zone and in a state ofrelaxation I was guided to a surf spot on the North Coast of NSW called Flat Rock. The day I showed up there the surf was pumping. It was probably about 6 foot waves and they had been breaking off a reef and wrapping into a sandy foreshore alongside a reef and point break.
At that moment in time I hardly even knew how you can duck dive below the waves but listened to the guiding force and made it out to where the waves had been breaking. There was a pack of good surfers sitting in the ocean all biding to sit at the breaking part where the wave starts.
As I was a newbie, normally I'd sit on the far outside of the pack and not catch numerous waves in any way possible. Nevertheless I listened towards the force and following a couple of minutes was guided to paddle into the middle of the pack. I remember my head stating 'What the hell are you doing?' Nevertheless this really is where the force was guiding me to sit so instead I went with it and sat in the middle of this surfing pack. As though on autopilot. Simply letting go and going with the subtle pull within.
Then the wave arrived. I was sitting in the exact correct location. In the exact correct time.
As the wave began to jack up I turned my board and took a couple of strokes. Back then I did not even understand how to do a bottom turn on my board but right here I'm peering down the wave at a 6 foot drop and paddling powerfully. For this really is just what the force was guiding me to do right then. So I went with it.
